PSP Go

Anyone know how to transfer the PSP games Go to the Internet using Winrar?
I joined the Sony PSP Go Life Member Center. Already downloaded Winrar. When I try to extract a game using WinRAR, an ISO file mounts. When I put it on my PSP GB file is considered "corrupt." Can anyone help?
