What is the best way to share pictures and music on my PSP (play station portable)?

I have a USB cable and it worked, I just did I do not know how to transfer music from PC to PSP, also I have media center, Rhapsody, QuickTime Player and Real Player. HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first thing you need a memory card, then connect the PSP to the computer, the computer reads the Memory Stick to open then in Memory Stick to a folder named "PSP" and then inside that folder make 3 more folders named music, pictures and video … then all will add in place as a Ptoto image in the folder, then go see your PSP and write there,,,,
