What is the difference between PSP X and Paint Shop Pro Photo XI? The characteristics are the same as PSP X?

When I got to fall PaintShopPro XI in love with the program, but since my brother lost my CD when the computer crashed, I could not reinstall the program. I wonder if most of the PSP features include X in PSP Photo XI, oil painting, layers, masks and other great features? Thank you!
