What are the first steps should I take my homebrew PSP?

What should I do? I have a PSP with 3.72. I a stick of 256 MB memory. What are the steps I should take to get homebrew? Thanx.

The first thing I do is buy a bigger Memory Stick. the next thing need is to turn the battery into a Pandora. Once you have Pandora, use the Ulitmate PANDORA MAGIC MEMORY STICK program to install a custom firmware.
