PSP Emulator?

What is the best emulator of Sony PSP to the computer you use and where can I find? Please answer me without delay. thanks. I tryed SBIP 0.9b, but do not know how to use it in my game (it's "Yu-Gi-Oh GX Tag Force 2"), because he had made EBOOT.PBP files only and not EBOOT.BIN stil 't work when I change the file extension to EBOOT PBP.
