What are the biggest Memory Stick of the PSP and the PSP will be able to use?

I need to know what the biggest clubs in the memory of PSP and the PSP will be used, or that may contain more PSP memory sticks. GO I know the PSP has 16 GB built, I need to know about the current Member States.
